  These Japanese "Hit" Mini Bolt Cutters are compound action, end cutting pliers. The cutting capacity is 9/64" (3.5 mm) mild steel & 1/16" (2.0 mm). The jaws are made of drop forged high grade alloy tool steel with heat treated, blades. Maximum hardness of material to be cut: Brinell 370 / Rockwell C-40.   Made in Japan.
