At Hardwick & Sons, we take pride in the quality of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
